Shipping Policy

We currently deliver in the surrounding areas with a 5 KM radius of 7 Supermarkets located in Bengaluru South. Please check the delivery option by entering your location in the popup that appears on our home page. Our delivery team will ensure reliable delivery items in selected areas of Bengaluru. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.

What are shipping charges? (Please mention actual rates worked)

Our minimum order is Rs 399, for which shipping charges is Rs. 30/-. Shipping over Rs 399 is always Free.

How do I check if you deliver in my area?

You can find out if we deliver to your area by logging in to your account and typing in your locality in the Location/Area tab.

What to do If my order arrives when I am not available?

If you think you won’t be available to receive your order, please call our customer care and let us know your preferred delivery time slot and we will do our best to redeliver your order. If you fail to call us within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt, We reserves the right to cancel such orders.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your addresses by Signing into your Account > My Account > My Addresses > Select Address you want your order to be delivered to Or Add a new Address by Clicking on Change Address

How are the Fruits and Vegetables packaged?

Fresh fruits and Vegetables are handpicked, cleaned, packed and delivered. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products

What to do if the products received are damaged?

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case your shipment is delayed:

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email on with your order number.
  • In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a refund to your wallet which you can use while making purchase on next time.
